Everything was super clean and the staff was great fixing the little issue we had first day we checked in. Overall would recommend
Nice people but the rooms were dated and there were crumbs on our sitting chair upon arrival. It will more than do in a pinch. Free breakfast until 9:30am.
Exceptional! Kim, Anna, Ashley and Carol at the front desk made our extended stay above and beyond! Any need we had, they met…..with a smile! The rooms were clean, spacious with amenities and linens plentiful! Beds were very comfortable, extra pillows and very clean room! Home cooked breakfast each morning was the best part for my Mom! These ladies were always looking for ways to help and make our stay the absolute best….and they did! It was a pleasure staying there!
Pros: Friendly staff, They let me check in early, The breakfast was really good, The room was clean, The bed was made nicely and I was given plenty of towels and rags, I love the location. It felt very safe. Cons: I got a smoking room because that’s all that was available Which was fine, except the room had smelled like smoke when I walked in. I guess it comes with the territory, but The smell was definitely a downside and I feel like they Could have covered it better. Hand sanitizer machine machines were empty, or it was sticky and gross. No snacks in the vending machines. The complaints are minor and are honestly things they could do to Improve the property, but I really did enjoy my stay and will definitely go back if I plan on going to another Auburn game at night.
Friendly staff the only thing that wasn't so good was the breakfast
My boyfriend and I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the last year, Even this quality Inn, but this past visit confirmed that we will be back. The front desk staff were super nice at check in and check out, the hotel room was clean, and the cleaning staff were so sweet! I’m not sure if it’s new management or not, but this visit was great! The lady at the front desk held a nice conversation with us while checking us in and even gave us suggestions about different things to do for the weekend.The price was good, the location is good, not to far of a drive from Auburn (definitely cheaper than staying in Auburn), and the staff is awesome. While there is not an elevator (not a big point for us, but it may be for other people) the next time I’m in town, I will be staying again.

Hotel was amazing, pool was great. The only reason for 4 of 5 stars is bc when I pulled out the bed from the loveseat for my daughter to sleep, there was huge blotches of blood like stains. In my opinion if a mattress in ur place of business looks disgusting it should be thrown out and replaced room number is 119. And was a bit pricey just for a one night stay. Besides that, it was an amazing stay!
